Cashinbis is one of the fastest growing media companies in the cannabis B2B space and we are expanding our sales team. Cashinbis is a digital publication source that highlights the Who’s Who in the legal cannabis sector from private to publicly traded companies. We offer integrated marketing solutions that span the marketing funnel from the discovery phase through the purchasing phase. As a Business Development Representative, you will position our suite of performance based, content marketing ads and digital marketing products (Display, PPC, Marketing Ready and Sales Ready Leads) to enterprise level, B2B companies.


You will drive new business through hunting, prospecting, cold calling and closing integrated marketing campaigns with an experienced Account Executive. You will have exclusive rights to any accounts that you close. This is a fantastic opportunity to master the positioning and selling of integrated content ads and digital marketing campaigns to Executives in the cannabis market.  We offer an established training program with an appropriate ramp up period to set our new BDR’s up for success. There is room for advancement for BDR’s that demonstrate acumen and consistent performance. The BDR position is composed of a base salary DOE and tiered commission structure.


The Role
•Drive new leads for your region through prospecting, cold calling and gaining interest in Cashinbis’ suite of content ads and digital marketing solutions.
•You will drive new opportunities with B2B companies and complete the sales transactions.
•Take part in on all phases of the sales cycle such as lead generation, cold calling, online product demonstrations, proposal generation, and campaign implementation.
•Form consultative business relationships with key decision makers.
•Execute sales tactics, deliver effective sales presentations with enthusiasm and consistently ask for the business.
•Follow B2B content and digital marketing trends and become a subject matter expert.
•Enter and track prospects and associated notes within Pipedrive.
•Consistently meet or exceed all activity and revenue goals

•Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred, but not required with the right individual
•Passion for inside sales and driving new business in online advertising
•Proven process for lead generation and cold calling
•Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI’s
•Knowledge of the Cannabis Industry and desire to learn
•Must demonstrate the ability to persuade others and handle objections
•Coachable and quick learner, must be able to listen to and implement advice
•An extraordinary work ethic, with passion for digital media
•Resourcefulness. He/She is comfortable going over, under, around and through obstacles in order to achieve success
•Experience in digital media is preferred, but not required with the right individual
