Hemp, Inc. believes there can be tangible benefits reaped from adhering to a corporate social responsibility plan. Founded in 2008, the company’s mission is to provide green solutions that help make the world a better place to live. Hemp products are eco friendly, healthy, and can often replace petroleum-based products.
In 2017, Hemp Inc. planted hundreds of acres of industrial hemp and high CBD hemp in North Carolina, Kentucky, Colorado, Nevada, and Oregon.
Hemp, Inc. CEO Bruce Perlowin said “For a long time, everyone thought hemp was marijuana. The politicians have been educated. It’s much more accountable when you can’t get high – from hemp we can make rope, clothes, circulation material. Hearst paper mills and DuPont plastic aren’t around – there’s no real pushback to hemp anymore. The public-at-large doesn’t know as much about hemp as the politicians do. We have massive bipartisan support.”

What will move the cannabis industry forward in 2018?
Hemp, Inc. announced on Jan. 4, 2018, that the Company was shipping its first purchase orders of loss-circulation material DrillWall™ and Kenaf fiber, making Spill-Be-Gone™ the third natural plant product the Company has begun selling this year.
